Pro is $39/month — the first 50 founding members get it for $19/month, locked for life. Every account starts with full Pro free for 14 days; no credit card to start.

What does locked for life mean?

Your price never goes up while you stay subscribed. The regular price is $39/month — founding members pay $19/month for as long as their subscription is active, even as the regular price changes. If you cancel after the founding 50 are full, the rate may not be available again.

Can I sync with Notion?

Yes — Notion two-way sync is included with Pro. Connect a Notion database and pick a calendar in HR Cadence Hub. When you run a sync, new tasks in Notion appear as todos on your calendar, and marking a task complete in Hub flips its status to Done in Notion. You can sync on demand from Settings.

Is my HR data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is private to your account and is never sold or shared with third parties. We use Supabase with row-level security, meaning your data is isolated at the database level.

Can I import my existing employee data?

Yes. HR Cadence Hub supports CSV import for your employee directory. You can bulk import employee records to get up and running quickly. Note: do not import columns containing Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or other regulated personal data — the import tool will warn you if it detects these.

Is my data private? What about AI?

Your data stays yours. AI features run on secure servers and don't train on your data. No data is shared with third parties. We follow industry-standard security practices.

Does it work with Outlook or Google Calendar?

Yes. Subscribe to your HR calendar via ICS feeds, which work with both Outlook and Google Calendar. You can also export events as needed.

Can I track recurring events and tasks?
